Yes. We accept custom orders based on colors, sizes, and models. To do so, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
As they are made to order, items may take between 5 and 20 business days to produce, depending on the model. The shipping period begins after this period.
Yes! We ship throughout Switzerland via Swiss Post.
The amount is calculated automatically at the time of purchase. Orders over CHF 100 are shipped free of charge.
As these are handmade items made to order, exchanges and returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you have a problem with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We accept credit cards, TWINT, and bank transfers.
To add a new FAQ, follow these steps:
1. Manage your FAQs in the control panel or Editor
2. Add a new question and answer
3. Assign your FAQ to a category
4. Save and publish
You can edit your FAQs whenever you want.
Yes. To add media, follow these steps:
1. Manage your FAQs in the control panel or Editor
2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one
3. In the answer text box, click the video, image, or GIF icon
4. Add media and save.
You can edit it in the “Settings” tab of the FAQ in the Editor.
To edit or remove the title of your mobile app, go to the “Website and app” tab in the Owner app.
